DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Proficient in Stanford Oracle Systems with a strong understanding of their applications in administrative processes.

* In-depth knowledge of Stanford University and School of Medicine policies, ensuring compliance and effective implementation.

* Experience facilitating complex collaboration and communication.

* Demonstrated experience in managing complex programs and projects, leading teams to achieve specific goals and objectives.

* Familiarity with clinical research settings, including the use of systems such as IRB, Qualtrics, and SPSS for data management and analysis.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):

Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

The expected pay range for this position is $100,023.00 to $124,516.00 per annum.
