The Cell Therapy Case Manager I coordinates complex end-to-end schedules for cellular therapy patients using defined schemas and checklists. Prepares patient communications and paperwork, including requisitions, consent packets, and lab testing reports. Supports patient insurance pre-authorization and clearance, case reviews, and clinical systems and documentation while adhering to defined SOPs and regulatory requirements.This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. This position is primarily remote, requiring occasional time on campus at the Longwood Medical location for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
