ABOUT YOU:Pacific Fertility is hiring a Full-time Medical Office Assistant for our Burnaby office scheduled Monday to Friday from 8:00am- 4:30pm. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Exceptional Patient CareAppointment scheduling, including clinical visits, ultrasounds, lab tests, and procedures.Obtaining vital signs, including height, weight and blood pressureAssisting different physicians with minor gynecological/fertility-based procedures and ultrasoundsExam/ultrasound room set up, cleaning, and turnover, as well as escorting patients to rooms.Assisting fellow Medical Office Assistants with administrative and clinical tasks for their practices
