This entry-level New Patient Scheduler will ensure positive and proactive communications with prospective and existing patients via inbound and outbound telephone calls and email. The communication should be aligned and with the focus on providing the best possible patient experience at all times. This position handles all new patient inquiries, obtains patient registration, and reports weekly and monthly data (inquiries and registrations) as requested.
